CABOMA members occasionally organize workshops.  These range from free string band workshops taught by CABOMA members, to all-day workshops with professional musicians.  Past workshops have been held with Tony Trischka, Dudley Connell, and Keith Arnesen.

CABOMA's most recent workshop was an all-day banjo workshop with Tony Trischka, in the fall of 2001. Tony also performed a one-man public concert in the evening following the workshop.  Both the worskshop and the concert were well attended by very enthusiastic participants.  Click here for pictures of the event.
