CABOMA Annual Picnic & Jam 2011 - New Date

The Capital Area Bluegrass and Old-time Music Association invites all to our annual picnic and jam. We ask that you bring a side to share and your instruments, voices, and/or ears. We will provide
burgers, dogs, buns and soda.

There will be a raffle - we welcome donations in kind if they might be attractive to your fellow music lovers.

DC Bluegrass Union Spring Pick-Nic

Sunday May 1, 2:00-6:00pm - Rain or Shine!


Come out to Cherry Hill Park in Falls Church for the DC Bluegrass Union's annual spring jam session!

The event is FREE, bring your instruments for an afternoon of fun and food. Kids and families are welcome. 

The Park is located at 312 Park Ave in Falls Church.

Loudoun County Bluegrass Festival

Here is another local bluegrass festival, the 2nd Annual Loudoun County Bluegrass Festival, featuring Nothin Fancy and Della Mae.  Mark you calendar, May 7.

DCBU Bluegrass Festival

If you missed last year's maiden voyage of DCBU's local festival, don't make the same mistake this year.  For those who attended the first annual DC Bluegrass Festival, expect another outstanding lineup and the same great jams in the hallways and classrooms.
